Vivus / Golf Resort

Golf Resort project is an ideal example of Archevio’s good service complexity that we are able to deliver to our client. It is a new residential area situated in the Prague district of Hodkovičky, nearby a large golf course.

We were approached by our partner, the developer Vivus, to prepare graphic materials for the presentation of this project, and we were delighted to begin the work. First of all, a master plan was drafted with the project timeline. We prepared a tailor-made work plan from which everything unfolded. Part of the service bundle in the case of this project was a drone shooting of the location. The Archevio team decided to wake up early to capture the best possible footage before dawn.

Now we can finally say that it was really worth it! We then continued by creating the individual visualizations, both from a pedestrian and bird’s eye view. A very important part of the project was also to make 3D animations which we edited with the real drone footage. With the addition of well-chosen music, we finally brought the project video to life.

We also produced a complete graphic interior presentation for the purposes of the project, meaning visualizations, an animation and a virtual tour. Those interested in the project can comfortably go through a sample apartment and get a better idea of the interior design and its actual layout.

We really enjoyed working on the Golf Resort project and besides the fact that it pushed us a little further again, we believe that the client is satisfied with the result.
